Summer Lifting Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:
7:00-8:00 am, 6:00-7:00 pm
7:00-8:00 am, 6:00-7:00 pm
If you cannot make it to the gym during the lifting times, please call either Coach Lee or Coach Coverley. We will try to work around your schedule. But PLEASE come during the lifting times as often as you can.
Your team needs you there.
19 Lifts are expected over the summer, or will need to be made-up during fall camp which would be very difficult!
